I am a Crohn's patient, and have nutritional issues. I've been using this for about a year, would recommend it to anyone with digestive problems that affect their nutrition. I see a real difference in how I feel when I take this supplement.

I have noticed that my hair grows faster since I converted to liquid supplements. I now am convinced we just can't process all those pills. I have been using this for about 3 months now. Ok taste, I don't gag anyway. Only frustration is that you can't really get all the product out the bottle, some always stays due to the valve thing. Sqeezing the liquid up just does not empty the bottle.

I love this liquid vitamin and mineral supplement. The most noticeable result of taking this is the growth of my hair. I have long hair but I've noticed the additional growth since using this product.
