I think that the Stamina Pilates Performer 4000 is a great exercise machine because of it's great price. It is of sturdy construction. It comes with a video cassette of the different exercises that you can perform. It also comes with a large poster showing all of the positions and exercises as well. You can fold it up when not in use, however you may just prefer to keep it set up all of the time. It does have wheels on one end so that you can roll it to another place.
